✅ Integration of lived experience, academic stress, injury history, and trauma if applicable.
3. Mental Skills Coaching Plan
We co-create a tailored coaching roadmap based on your needs and aspirations.
✅ Techniques include mindfulness, cognitive flexibility, visualization, and goal setting.
✅ All strategies delivered with psychological safety and trauma sensitivity.
4. Skill Application & Performance Routines
Weekly coaching sessions focus on applying new tools in real-time environments—practice, competition, performance, or the classroom.
✅ Build habits to handle pressure and bounce back from setbacks.
✅ Train consistency, recovery, and peak performance routines.
5. Reflection, Reinforcement & Growth
We review progress, celebrate wins, and adjust techniques to sustain gains.

TENFOLD MPC PACKAGES
TENFOLD MPC PACKAGES
Three Session Series involves working with the MPC through a series of mental performance sessions once a week for three weeks. The series includes mental performance consulting that is tailored to the needs of the client and designed to progress mental skill development along with a sustainable plan for the client’s continued growth. Each session is 50 minutes. Clients also have access to text and email correspondence with the MPC during certain hours.
$269 for three 45 minute sessions
Mental Performance Elite Plan
Our elite package is a subscription plan that supports our most invested athletes and performers, by tailoring support through consistent weekly increments. Sessions are 30 minutes each week (4x30/month), with access to text and email correspondence during certain hours. This plan has limited spots & subject to availability.
